Offers free on-line wellness programs for adults and youth including BounceBack for Adults and Youth and Confident Parents:Thriving Kids.
Other on-line and in-person workshops focus on the Workplace, Employment, and Youth. Cost varies. More details on the website.
CMHA BC's Kootenay Office is in Cranbrook. It operates several low income housing projects in Nelson, Castlegar and Trail.
