BounceBack for Adults

A free skill-building program designed to help adults manage low mood, mild to moderate depression, anxiety, stress or worry. Delivered on-line or by phone.

Three options are available:

  • BounceBack Coaching - up to six telephone sessions over 3 to 6 months; Coaching and workbooks available in English, French, Mandarin, Cantonese or Punjabi
  • BounceBack Online - Access  20 modules that include workbooks, interactive worksheets and videos; workbooks available in English
  • BounceBack Today Video - a series of online videos on managing mood, sleeping better, building confidence, increasing activity, problem solving and healthy living;  Videos available in English, French, Arabic, Farsi, Cantonese, Mandarin and Punjabi.
