Transitions to Selkirk

A program that allows students enrolled in Grades 10 - 12 within the West Kootenay Boundary the opportunity to earn college-level course credits while still attending high school.

Students must be enrolled in a West Kootenay Boundary Region secondary school, be deemed to be prepared for college-level work by an appropriate secondary school official and meet the prerequisites listed for each course to be eligible to enrol.

Students who subsequently attend Selkirk College will have the courses credited towards their chosen program of study where appropriate.

Students choosing to attend a post-secondary institution other than Selkirk College may have their transcript sent to another institution upon request.
