Castlegar Community Harvest Food Bank, Lunch & Drop-in

Offers food hampers & free dine-in or take-out lunches,

Other supports include harm reduction supplies, sleeping bags, hygiene kits , dog/cat food and emergency shelter support. Shower coupons & Laundry coupons available in limited quantities

Generally, one food hamper is distributed per person per month but exceptions are possible depending on circumstances.

Open: Monday, Wednesday & Friday:  9am to 12:30pm

• 9am to 10:30: Register (phone or text) to apply for a dine-in or take-out lunch or a hamper.
• 9:30am: Coffee  
• 11:30am to 12:30pm: Lunch / pick-up hamper

Deliveries of food hampers available to those who are house-bound. Transit tickets available for those needing transportation to & from the food bank.
