Bridges Adult Day Program - Trail
A day program of social activities and health services including a hot lunch meal for people living at home who would benefit from these activities in a group setting.
Referrals to Adult Day programs must come from the local Home Health staff. Call the Intake / Assessment Line for more information.
Designed to maintain and / or improve the client's social skills and physical and mental health so they will be able to remain in the community for as long as it is physically, socially and economically feasible to do so and as an alternative to residential placement.
Day Programs provide respite services that offer choices for caregivers, are a cost effective alternative to in-home respite care and maintain a safe supervised setting.
The Bridges Day Program takes place at the Long Term Care Facility Columbia View Lodge 2920 Laburnum Drive, Trail.
