Aboriginal Family Support - Boundary

Provides emotional and practical support to Aboriginal (First Nations, Metis & Inuit) children, youth and families using a culturally respectful and client centred approach.

Creates partnerships to coordinate community cultural events, socials and gatherings throughout the year,  linking with the Boundary All Nations Aboriginal Council (BANAC) and the Boundary Metis Community Association (BMCA).

The program hosts a weekly cultural support group almost every Friday for Aboriginal children, youth and families and non-Aboriginal people interested in learning about, embracing and respecting various cultural traditions and activities.
