Prenatal Classes

Prenatal classes coaches expecting parents through the processes of labour and delivery; postpartum care and breastfeeding.

Offered in various formats throughout the region by Selkirk College Community Education.

Currently offered as a  6 week online course through self paced study and time for questions, discussions and bi-weekly interactive workshops

In-person Prenatal in a Day and Prenatal in a Weekend courses also available

Bursaries are available if cost is a problem. A support person may join the class for free.
