Canada Pension Plan - Disability Benefits
A monthly disability pension can be paid to a disabled contributor who is over 18 and under 65 and meets other requirements. Dependent children may also receive some financial assistance.
Application forms are available online or from a local Service Canada office.
Canada Pension Plan (CPP) Benefits also include a Retirement Pension and Survivor Benefits.
