Community Connector - Castlegar Area

A free service that helps to connect seniors (65+) with non medical community services and activities that will help reduce isolation and improve a senior's physical, mental and emotional health and well-being

Works with seniors who are experiencing social isolation, and who wish to become more engaged in community.

Helps assess their needs and connect them with the appropriate community resources.

Includes support to identify goals, co-creation of a personalized wellness plan, and connection to services that can enhance wellbeing.
