Primary focus is on anxiety,  trauma-informed care and models for supporting children and their communities who raise them.

Clinical approach to counselling primarily consists of cognitive behaviour therapies as well as attachment based models and moving towards understanding and strengthening relationships including self-regulation, increasing capacity and mindfulness. Also incorporates a neurological approach to understanding the aspects of the brain that drive behaviours.
