Lower Columbia Community Health Centre

A new, not-for-profit, community governed, primary care centre offering team based care that includes family doctors, nurse practitioners, nurses, physiotherapists, counselors, and community outreach workers.

Serves those who are currently patients of the centre's providers.

The Centre will also be accepting new patients who have signed up with the BC Health Connect registry which helps those without a family doctor or nurse practitioner to find a local provider.  To register go to the website or call 811 (HealthLinkBC).

The Kootenay Boundary Health Connect Registry website  includes information about local health care resources as well as a link to the BC Health Connect registry. 

Note: As of August 2025, the Riverside Family Medicine Clinic team has joined the Lower Columbia Community Health Centre. Those already registered with Riverside will continue to have access to their usual health care providers.
