The Osprey Residence

The Osprey Residence is a 10-unit affordable housing complex in New Denver with both subsidized and lower-end-of-market apartments.

The building includes studios, 1, 2, and 3-bedroom units, several of which are accessible.

All apartments have their own private entrance, parking space and level entry.
