Community Connector - Boundary Area
A free service that helps to connect seniors (60+) with community services and resources that will help improve a senior's health and well-being.
The Community Connector:
- Listens to understand situation of senior
- Helps to find and access the right supports
- Keeps connected
- Is someone to talk to confidentially.
- Is practical, helpful, and will not judge
- Helps senior decide how to improve their wellbeing.
There are 2 Community Connectors:
