A free service for unpaid family or friend caregivers  (19 years or older) who care for someone 55 years of age or older.

Offers 1 to 1 emotional support, peer support groups, healthcare information, navigation and/or referrals to local community resources. 

Serves the entire West Kootenay Boundary region
