A confidential information line for older adults and those who care about them to speak to a trained professional intake worker about abuse, mistreatment and any issues that impact the health and well-being of older adults in BC

Trained staff may refer eligible callers with a legal question or problem to either the Legal Advocacy Program or  Elder Law Clinic.

Callers who were victims of abuse or a crime, and who need practical and emotional support may be referred to the Victim Services Program.

 Staff may also provide information about services in a local community that may help with the particular problem.
