24hInterior Crisis Line & Crisis Chat Services: 1-888-353-2273(CARE)

Toll free, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week phone line answered by trained staff and volunteers from across the  Interior Region who are available to listen, provide information, referral and support in an anonymous and confidential manner.

Offers suicide intervention, information about community services and non-judgemental support during challenging times.

Crisis Chat Services are available from 5 to 9pm Pacific Time Thursdays to Sundays.

The Interior Crisis Line Network is operated by community based partners in Trail (Trail FAIR Society), Cranbrook, Kelowna, Vernon and Williams Lake.
