StrongStart Parent and Child Time - North Kootenay Lake

Provides free, school-based, early learning drop-in group for pre-school aged children (0-5) and their families or caregivers, featuring early learning activities, arts and crafts, gym time, snack, storytelling and parent-child circle time.

Children have access to high-quality learning environments and benefit from social interactions while the adults who accompany them learn new ways to support learning, both at the program and at home.

In the North Kootenay Lake Area, the program is available as follows:

Tuesdays: 8:45 - 11:45am Meadow Creek Family Resource Centre, Jewett Elementary School

Wednesdays and Thursdays: 8:45 - 11:45am Kaslo Family Resource Centre, J.V. Humphries School
