Contact your local Public Health Centre for the following services:

• Register early in a pregnancy for the "Healthy From the Start" program. Call 1-855-868-7710 for more information and to register.
• The Nurse-Family Partnership Program is a free public health program for women aged 24 years or younger having their first baby, It ensures they both receive support during pregnancy and after the child is born up to two years of age.
• Newborn visitation as needed, support and information
• Breastfeeding support.
• Community resource information for prenatal to age 5 and caregivers
• Well Baby Clinics which include growth monitoring, health nutrition, development and parenting information at 2,4,6,12 and 18 months
• Immunizations
• Developmental screening and referral
• Counselling and support for perinatal loss
