Nelson Coordinated Access Hub
Services include:
- Open daily for drop-in services
- Snacks, water, hygiene supplies, first aid kits and clothing available
- Harm reduction supplies available & e-OPS (episodic overdose prevention services) open as staff are available
- OAT (Opioid Agonist Treatment) / Safer supply consultation & Intakes
- Street Outreach
- Health Services including: Nursing students onsite Mondays and Thursdays for foot care, wound care, etc.
- KCDS PEERS Employment Program
- Coordinated Access to Housing
