Helps seniors (aged 65 and older) with simple day-to-day tasks so that they can continue to live independently in their own homes and remain connected to their communities.
Services include:
- Light Housekeeping
- Transportation
- Friendly Visiting
- Grocery shopping
Services are provided by screened professionals and volunteers.
Providing services for frail, isolated and low income seniors is a priority
