Aboriginal Infant Development Program - West Kootenay Boundary

Supports families from pre-birth through six years of age to Implement strategies for parents and caregivers to support development and parenting.

Includes creating support plans for development that focuses on inclusive family based planning while working collaboratively with other professionals to plan and implement strategies that promote development and growth. 

Offers:

  • Various screenings and assessment to support development and growth
  • Parenting groups and culturally connected to indigenous community
  • Services that are culturally safe and relationship based.
