Regional Alcohol and Drug Day (RADD) Treatment Program

A free regional program open to young people between the ages of 12 - 19 who are motivated to make changes in their substance use.

Located in Castlegar with participants supported to attend. Freedom Quest's van will pick each participant up at their home in the morning and then drive them back home at the end of the day. 

Each individual brings their own goals to RADD. The group often talks about relationships, their own substance use, ways of coping, boundaries, family, communication, emotions, trauma, core beliefs, values, grief, loss, self-care, sexuality, mental health, etc..

The group also participates in weekly outdoor recreation. Group members can express their interest in canoeing, hiking, camping, biking and more!

Interested youth or their family are welcome to contact a RADD facilitator by phone or text. Professionals may phone or go to the website to complete a referral form.
