Kootenay IRIS (Increasing Recreation Involving Seniors)

Supports Castlegar Area seniors (60+) by creating inclusive and diverse opportunities for recreation and socialization on a consistent basis, based on participants wants and needs, while challenging barriers to participation & striving for intergenerational connectedness.

Offers many activities per month including meals, coffee gatherings, lunch and learn activities, cook and share projects and exercise classes.
