All services are provided by master's level counsellors or clinical social workers who are registered with a professional licencing/registration body.
Sessions are personalized to support the uniqueness of the self or the relationship dynamics. Clients' concerns may involve anxiety, chronic pain, substance use, trauma/abuse, stress from school or work, and a sense of the lack of purpose and meaning in their lives.
All clients welcome (e.g. cultures, LGBT+, polyamory).
