Support and Education Coordinator provides information, resources, referrals to other agencies, public education workshops and support groups for caregivers.

Family Caregiver Support Groups: For locations and other details regarding support groups, please contact the Coordinator or go to the website.

• Trail: 2nd Wednesday of the month, 1 to 2:30 pm
• Nelson: 3rd Wednesday of the month, 1 to 2:30 pm 

On-line support Groups: For those who are unable to attend a support group in person,  on-line support groups offer the opportunity to meet with others.
