Arrange travel support for Canadians in need from coast to coast.

Provides free flights, accommodations, airport ground transportation and meal vouchers for low income families and individuals who must travel for specialist medical care and treatment.

Eligibility includes:

• Having a confirmed medical appointment requiring travel; 
• Medical treatment is covered under a provincial medical plan;  
• Patient is in financial need and able to provide total household income for the last 12 months
