Tenant Resource & Advisory Centre (TRAC)

Goals of the Centre include stronger rights for tenants, affordable rental housing, safe and healthy housing.

Tenant Infoline and website provides tenants with legal information about their rights under the law.

Centre also offers on-line resources, including various template letters, an online course "Renting it Right" and the Tenant Survival Guide as well as Email Assistance (via the website).
