Workers' Compensation Appeal Tribunal

An Independent Tribunal which can be asked to hear appeals to decisions made by the WorkSafeBC Review Division regarding claims and benefits.

Appeals may be initiated by mail or by phone (or fax) by sending your name, address, phone number, date of the decision you wish to appeal and, if possible a copy of that decision. The office will then send you a 'Notice of Appeal' form to complete.
