Planned Lifetime Advocacy Network (PLAN)

Assists families to develop a Personal Future Plan for their relative who is living with a disability.

Helps to facilitate the establishment of a loving and caring personal network for people with disabilities.

Provides information and referral regarding various legal concerns including legal guardianship, developing a will, creating trusts, etc.

Advocates on behalf of people with disabilities with government and non-government agencies.
