Legal Aid BC Provincial Call Centre

The Legal Services Society (LSS) Call Centre accepts calls from around B.C. and from prisoners in all correctional centres.

Will appoint a lawyer for financially eligible applicants with certain types of legal problems including family, criminal or immigration.

Apply for legal aid:

• over the phone through the province-wide Call Centre, or
• in person through a local office.(WKB Office is vacant at present)

All callers have an initial interview in which  staff ask questions to determine eligibility.
