Ask JES: Multilingual Legal Help

Services are provided in Mandarin, Cantonese, Punjabi, Hindi, French and English for immigrants and refugees who may be in court as victims, witnesses, accused or parties in a civil suit.

Helps with understanding of legal aid, diversion, remand court, bail, trials, sentencing, probation and appeals.

Provides information and makes referrals, but does not give legal advice, serve as interpreters or act as advocates for the client.
