National Parole Board of Canada - Pacific Region

Has exclusive authority to grant, deny, cancel, terminate or revoke day parole and full parole of offenders sentenced to a term of 2 years or more.

The Board may also order certain offenders to be held in prison until the end of their sentence. - Responsible for making decisions to grant, deny and revoke pardons under the Criminal Records Act and the Criminal Code of Canada.
