Kootenay Career Development Society (KCDS) - Nelson Office

Provides a variety of career development and employment services to the communities of Nelson,  Slocan Valley, Salmo and Kaslo that meet the unique needs of unemployed and underemployed members of the communities. 

Provides a variety of employment related services and programs including:

• For Job Seekers:  Employment counselling, Resource centre  and Job Board
• For Employers: Wage subsidy, Workplace diversification, Job Board, BC Employer training grant, Manufacuring sector Labour Market Issues information &  support for the regional tech sector.
• Employment training, certifications and a variety of programs & services for employers, job seekers, persons with disabilities, single parents, survivors of abuse, youth, recent immigrants.
