Nelson Community Health Services Centre

This new Centre (replacing the old Nelson Health Centre and the Gordon Road Wellness Centre) offers a wide range of health services for the community including:

Public Health Services including: 

•  Pregnancy, Infant & Children (0-5 years) Health Services  including pre-conception & prenatal information, pregnancy and postnatal supports for vulnerable families, well baby assessments and childhood immunizations, 
• Child & Youth ( 5- 18 years) Services: including dental health, immunizations and Healthy Schools initiatives.

Adult Mental Health and Substance Use Services

Home Health  (Home and Community Care)

Other health services including Chronic Disease management, outreach programs, licensing, environmental public health, etc

An Interior Health Authority Facility.
