Maternal: Pre-conception & Prenatal information & referral
Infants & Children (ages 0-5 ): Home baby visits, Well baby assessments and Childhood immunizations,
Breastfeeding support, Developmental screening, Ongoing support for parents, Referrals
Children & Youth (ages 5-18): Healthy Schools Program, the Dental Health Program, immunizations,
Other Services include Communicable disease followup, Nutrition information, Referral for eating disorders, Health education, Environmental Health.
Note: Boundary Home Health is located in the Boundary District Hospital. Services include adult day services, caregiver support, case management, community nursing, home support, acquired brain injury services.
An Interior Health Authority program.
