Patient Care Quality Office

Serves as a liaison between patients, clients or residents and the Interior Health Authority (IHA) regarding concerns, complaints or unmet needs. Is an IHA employee.

Can help individuals access the services they need and address their questions and concerns.

Will assist people through the complaint process and ensure they understand their rights and responsibilities as well as how to use the health care system to meet their personal and health care needs.
