Community Action Program for Children (CAPC) - Castlegar

Parent Education and Support Program (CAPC) addresses the health, behaviour and developmental of children from birth to six years of age.

Education, early intervention, and prevention are strong components of the program which is free of charge 

The focus is on child development, support, group support and learning activities that are part of a rich, safe, fun, creative learning curriculum lasting approximately 20 weeks.

Free childminding is provided
