Hospice palliative care is for anyone facing life-threatening illness.

Well trained volunteers provide confidential support than can include in-home or in-facility support for clients and families.

Bereavement / grief follow-up after the death of a loved one, either through individual meetings or in support groups, is provided by volunteers.

All services are free.
