Help available 24 hours a day/7 days a week. Confidential one-to-one conversation with a volunteer listener specially trained to provide crisis intervention, psychological first aid, support and resource information.

Provides support for abuse & assault, eating disorders, self-harm, bullying, harassment, stress, suicidal feelings, sexuality, substance use and mental health concerns. The website has extensive information & links about available support and resources.
