Mental Health Family Support - Kootenay Boundary

Educator provides one to one and group support to families and friends of those with schizophrenia and other serious mental illnesses including bipolar, serious depression and psychosis.

This assistance includes emotional support, education on mental health, resources and help navigating the mental health system

Offers a Family Support group in Nelson on the 2nd Monday of each month and to the KB region via Zoom the 4th Monday of each month.
