Trail Community Based Victim Services (CBVS)

Assistance to victims of violence and abuse within relationships, sexual assault, childhood sexual abuse, elder abuse, criminal harassment and stalking.

No referral needed

Services include:

• Information about the Criminal Justice system and emotional support to / accompaniment for victims, witnesses and families during the court process and other related appointments.
• Assistance with forms such as Crime Victim Assistance Program, Legal Aid and Victim Impact Statements.
• Referrals to counsellors and other relevant services.
