Advises on how the WorkSafeBC system works and how outstanding issues might be resolved.

Mandate is to ensure the Workers Compensation Act, the Occupational Health and Safety Regulation, and WorkSafeBC policies, practices, and procedures are applied fairly.

Helps resolve your complaints of alleged unfairness in  dealings with WorkSafeBC concerning:

• Compensation
• Employer assessments
• Occupational health and safety
• Implementation of review and appeal decisions

Independent and provides assistance while maintaining confidentiality.
