Access Pro Bono Legal Assistance Clinic - Trail

The Legal Clinic offered by Access Pro Bono provides free services for those who meet the criteria, including those who do not qualify for Legal Aid and cannot afford a lawyer.  Services for various legal issues include:

• Initial half hour tele-conference with a lawyer in Vancouver;
• Follow up appointments if necessary;
• Step-by-step advice to dispute resolution or trial;

Lawyers do not appear in court, but can assist in court preparation.

Program hosted in the Community Based Victim Services  office at the Trail FAIR Centre. Call for more information about criteria and an appointment.
